High-Tech Architecture emerged in the 1970s, with architects like Richard Rogers and Norman Foster boldly exposing structural supports, mechanical systems, and piping through cutting-edge industrial materials and techniques. Using stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and glass, they forged a distinctive industrial aesthetic with powerful visual impact. Iconic examples like the Centre Pompidou, the Bank of China Tower, and the HSBC Headquarters in Hong Kong transformed the precision of technical components and industrial textures into the primary expressive language of architecture.

Within this design lineage, IF AUDIO Liquid emerged, introducing the High-Tech principle of “structure as expression” into the realm of acoustics. It creates an “acoustic architecture” that is visible, disassemblable, tangible, and audible.

LIQUID

16800 RMB

I. Visual Structure

Liquid's transparent acrylic shell resembles a glass curtain wall, revealing the speaker enclosure, amplifier module, and power lines in full view. Diverse materials and colors harmonize seemingly conflicting elements within the structure.

Skeletal Frame: An aluminum alloy skeleton employs bolted and magnetic assembly for both stability and disassembly.

Visual Wiring: Colorful cables transmit power and signals while softening the structure's austerity, infusing the design with dynamism and warmth.

III. Exclusive Customization

Liquid supports personalized customization. From the enclosure's exterior materials to the knob and cable color schemes, users can select options according to their preferences, acquiring a uniquely personal high-tech speaker within a reasonable price range.

Within Liquid, we hear not only the undulating echoes of sound waves, but also a precise and dynamic dialogue between structure and material, technology and aesthetics. Here, sound becomes a perceptual experience that can be deconstructed, reconfigured, and actively engaged with.

II. Modular Deconstruction

Liquid employs modular design from the entire speaker to its functional units.

Speaker Enclosure: Constructed from premium marine-grade plywood with imported engineered wood veneer, ensuring resonance control and authentic texture reproduction.

Amplifier Module: Delivers 80W output and can be swapped with proprietary amplifier modules to meet personalized needs.

Power System: Supports 20V 5A power supply. Magnetic energy rods can be converted into portable power banks to charge other devices. Modules connect via magnetic interfaces rather than traditional soldering, interweaving with visible cables like a modular construction system. Users can freely disassemble, reconfigure, or even integrate their own amplifiers based on listening preferences and aesthetic choices.
